1. Introduction & Consent

2. Account Registration & Usage

• Only one account per person is allowed — One Account Permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

• Account Password and Login Details Keep Confidential. Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• The mobile number or email address used during registration must belong to you.

3. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bd28 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require a specified amount to be wagered before withdrawal. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must bet BDT 30,000 on a BDT 1,000 bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a set expiry period. If not used within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games. The eligible games will be listed in the bonus details.
• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for the welcome bonus once only. A deposit must be made before claiming the bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — gives bd28 the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings.

Cashback bonuses for VIP members generally carry no wagering requirements — however, please check the details of each individual offer.

4. Deposits & Payments

Bd28 accepts multiple payment methods for deposits — including mobile banking, online banking, and other electronic payment options.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount may vary by game. Generally, deposits start from as little as BDT 100.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is an issue, please contact customer support within 24 hours.
• Bd28 never stores your personal payment details. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

5. Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings:

• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal. A copy of your national ID or passport is required.
• Withdrawal via Verified Method: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is generally BDT 500.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals from verified accounts are generally processed within 3–5 minutes. In some cases, bank transfers may take 1–24 hours.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Either the player or bd28 may close an account at any time.

• Closed by bd28: bd28 reserves the right to suspend accounts without notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, false information, or system abuse.
• If there are any active wagering requirements at the time of account closure, the bonus balance may be forfeited.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please first contact bd28- Contact customer support. We take all complaints seriously and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

• When submitting a complaint, please provide your account ID, date, time, and a detailed description of the issue.
• Complex issues may take 3–5 business days to resolve.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be treated as the final and definitive record.
